1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time directly through your account billing settings dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our SaaS software, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, exception requests evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered by contacting our support team through your dashboard.
